- Product information. Information on this website and in AGREX literature is for general guidance only. Product specifications, formulations, packaging and availability are subject to change without prior notice as part of our continuous improvement programme. Always refer to the latest Technical Data Sheet (TDS) before selecting or using any product.
- Pricing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material and base oil costs.
- Availability. Product availability may vary by region and packaging size.
- Warranty. Warranty is limited to product quality when stored and used in accordance with AGREX recommendations. Refer to the relevant TDS for storage conditions and shelf life.
- Suitability. Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for their specific application. MniGlobal's technical team is available for consultation prior to purchase for critical applications.
- Orders. All orders are subject to MniGlobal / AGREX Lubricants' standard sales terms and conditions, agreed at the time of quotation/order confirmation.
- Regulated products. Certain products (notably Brake Fluid under IS 8654 and DEF/AUS 32 under IS 17042 Part 1) fall under Quality Control Orders requiring valid BIS licensing. Supply of these grades is undertaken in accordance with licensing requirements in force at the time of order.
- Intellectual property. AGREX, the AGREX logo, and MniGlobal Core Products Pvt. Ltd. branding are the property of MniGlobal Core Products Pvt. Ltd. AdBlue® is a registered trademark of the Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V. (VDA); all other third-party trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and used for identification purposes only.
- Quality assurance. Products are manufactured under a certified Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015).
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat. (Confirm final jurisdiction wording with legal counsel.)
