(www.mniglobal.co.in), purchasing AGREX brand lubricants, or requesting OEM toll-blending quotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this website or ordering our commercial products.

2. Product Specifications & Datasheets

All technical specifications, kinematic viscosity ratings, pour points, and flash point thresholds displayed on our single product pages and downloadable PDF datasheets (including Safety Data Sheets) are based on standard laboratory testing conducted at our ISO 9001:2015 facility in GIDC Matar, Kheda, Gujarat. While we make every effort to ensure batch consistency, actual field performance may vary depending on equipment operating hours, maintenance intervals, and ambient conditions.

3. B2B Commercial Quotations & Custom Blending Orders

For custom formulation requests, private-label manufacturing contracts, and bulk industrial oil supplies:

• Quotations issued by MniGlobal sales representatives are valid for 30 calendar days unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Batch formulations synthesized according to client-provided chemical parameters require written client sign-off prior to commercial blending.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) for custom packaging configurations (e.g., 1L bottles, 20L buckets, or 210L barrels) apply as outlined in your commercial contract.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this website, including but not limited to logos, trade names ("AGREX", "MniGlobal"), chemical brand names, graphics, technical text, and downloadable presentation catalogues, are the exclusive property of MniGlobal Core Products Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, re-distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without explicit written approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

MniGlobal Core Products Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper lubricant application, failure to follow machine OEM oil specifications, or mixing incompatible grease/fluid formulations. Users must consult equipment manuals and conduct oil condition testing as recommended by our technical advisors.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising from the use of this website or the purchase of AGREX products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kheda / Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
