AGREX Cutting Oils represent a comprehensive range of metalworking fluids engineered to provide superior cooling, lubrication, and corrosion protection across all machining operations. From heavy-duty CNC milling to high-speed grinding, our cutting fluids are formulated with extreme pressure (EP) additives and active rust inhibitors to prolong tool life, maximize surface finish quality, and resist bacterial degradation. The range includes water-emulsifiable soluble oils, neat (straight) cutting fluids, and advanced semi-synthetic/fully-synthetic coolants.

What is the recommended mixing ratio for AGREX Soluble Cutting Oil?
For general machining operations like turning, milling, and drilling, we recommend a 5% concentration (1 part oil to 19 parts water). For heavy-duty grinding or tapping, the concentration can be increased up to 10%.
How do you prevent cutting oil from smelling bad in the sump?
Bad smell is caused by anaerobic bacteria feeding on contaminants in stagnant sumps. AGREX cutting fluids are formulated with biostable agents that resist microbial growth. Additionally, operators should regularly clear tramp oil and maintain proper fluid concentration.
